International Orders: Exchange and Refund Policy

For orders placed outside the UAE, GCC, or worldwide:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on items for international orders. Here's how the process works:

  1. Item Verification: We will carefully verify the items in your order and confirm them with you before proceeding. Once confirmed, we will arrange for shipment through reputable courier companies. 
  1. Payment: You will be charged only for the item price and the applicable shipping charges based on your provided delivery address.

International Order Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are indicated and will be visible during checkout. However, please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply based on your location, particularly if it is in a remote area. The shipping address provided during the website checkout process is applicable to main cities. In the case of remote locations, you may be required to pay extra fees. Our customer care team will reach out to you before dispatching your order. Thank you for your understanding. 

Please take note of the following important points:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: We want to make it clear that we are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be applicable at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by the laws and regulations of the specific country to which the order is being shipped. Customers are liable for any such charges and must pay them upon delivery, if applicable.
  • Exchange and Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for international delivery orders. Our exchange and refund policy is only applicable for orders within the UAE.

Exchange and refund services are not available for international orders. In the event of a genuine issue prompting a customer to seek an exchange or refund, the request will be subject to management approval. If the request is declined, Gold Zone reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund. For approved cases, customers are liable for a 10% store fee, along with the initial and collection delivery charges. Additionally, any customs or duty charges incurred upon receiving the item back will be the customer's responsibility.
