International Order Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are indicated and will be visible during checkout. However, please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply based on your location, particularly if it is in a remote area. The shipping address provided during the website checkout process is applicable to main cities. In the case of remote locations, you may be required to pay extra fees. Exchange and refund services are not available for international orders. In the event of a genuine issue prompting a customer to seek an exchange or refund, the request will be subject to management approval. If the request is declined, Gold Zone reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund. For approved cases, customers are liable for a 10% store fee, along with the initial and collection delivery charges. Additionally, any customs or duty charges incurred upon receiving the item back will be the customer's responsibility.

International Payment Orders
Orders placed and paid using international cards require additional verification.
You must submit verification documents before we process the order. These documents may include the card details used for payment and a card statement showing the transaction.
You must also verify your identity.
If you are a UAE resident, you must submit a copy of your Emirates ID and passport.
If you are a visitor to the UAE, you must submit a copy of your passport, UAE visa, and a valid identity document from your home country.
We may place your order on hold until verification is fully completed. No order will be processed without complete verification.
Gold Zone reserves the right to hold refunds for orders paid with international cards that are classified as high risk for a period of 90 to 180 days.
We also reserve the right to hold order delivery for 90 to 180 days until the verification and compliance process is fully completed.
These measures are mandatory and are implemented to comply with regulatory requirements and to prevent fraud.
