• Exchange Policy

To exchange a received item(within maximum 2 days in it's original condition). customer have to pay 30 dirham for replacing the item and 30 dirham for delivery charges.

*if customer have any new order for delivery, then delivery charge of 30 will not applicable. we will exchange the item with new one only with exchange charges.

Exchange Charges For Damaged Items:

• Product gram less than 1 gram = 45 dirham
• Product gram 1 gram to 1.4 gram = 60 dirham
• Product gram 1.5 gram to 1.9 gram = 75 dirham
• Product gram 2 gram to 2.4 gram = 90 dirham

*if customer have any new order for delivery, then the item collecting charge of 20 dirham will not applicable. we will exchange the item only with exchange charges.

*NOTE: our refund and exchange charges may change according to the international gold price and stock availability 

 

Order Policy

•  Gold zone have the right to cancel any order for any reason. (Reason can be out of stock, remote area, wrong contact number, wrong address, address out of UAE etc..) 
• We don't keep any order more than one week. After one week, gold zone manually cancel the order.
